Since 2014, Heart for Winter Haven has worked to strengthen relationships and encourage collaboration among the various sectors of our city. Some of the initiatives used in this effort include:
- ELEVATE: a hub for community collaboration, where individuals and families find support, hope, and resources to rebuild and thrive.
- Jobs for Life: Equipping men and women to find purposeful work and financial stability
- The Housing Partnership of Winter Haven: Strengthening families and providing help with eviction prevention and housing stability
- The Center for Well-Being: Making free and low-cost mental health counseling available to our community
- Scholarship House: A housing program for homeless college students
- Faith & Finances: Faith-centered financial education and training for people in low-income situations
- Employee Care Program: Providing access and personal growth opportunities to organizations, their employees, and their families that will enhance the core cultural values that are critical to the organization's mission
