Programs

Since 2014, Heart for Winter Haven has worked to strengthen relationships and encourage collaboration among the various sectors of our city. Some of the initiatives used in this effort include: 

• ELEVATE: a hub for community collaboration, where individuals and families find support, hope, and resources to rebuild and thrive.
• Jobs for Life: Equipping men and women to find purposeful work and financial stability
• The Housing Partnership of Winter Haven: Strengthening families and providing help with eviction prevention and housing stability
• The Center for Well-Being: Making free and low-cost mental health counseling available to our community
• Scholarship House: A housing program for homeless college students
• Faith & Finances: Faith-centered financial education and training for people in low-income situations
• Employee Care Program: Providing access and personal growth opportunities to organizations, their employees, and their families that will enhance the core cultural values that are critical to the organization's mission.
