Our annual Golf Tournament will be Monday, April 15, at the Country Club of Winter Haven. The cost is $150/golfer. We have a number of sponsorship opportunities available (see below). If you are interested in becoming a sponsor, please contact us or indicate on the form below.
All tournament participants are also invited to a pre-tournament party "Pre-Swing Fling" at the Venue 650 on Friday, April 12 at 6p. We'll have live music, dinner, drinks, raffle items & an auction. Take a minute to RSVP to help us plan for dinner and drinks. If you are participating Monday as a golfer in our tournament, your admission is free and includes a plus one.
