The Employee Care Program offered through Heart for Winter Haven recognizes that there is a need for a new model for today’s employee and their family, one that enhances their sense of personal value to their employer and develops them and their work-place relationships. 

The ECP provides access and personal growth opportunities to organizations, their employees, and their families that will enhance the core cultural values that are critical to the organization's mission.

Heart for Winter Haven is committed to offering confidential, quality, and personal care to employees and their families by providing permission-based, holistic, professional counseling and growth workshops to employees and families in the greater Winter Haven area. Our counseling services are provided on-site, in our main office, via telehealth, or in person, depending on the individual's needs.
